Getting kinda tired of people telling me "Just you wait..." if I say I'm tired or something. Yes, I'm aware that I'm going to be tired after the baby is born, the baby probably won't sleep through the night and my life will be forever changed....I just wish people would just let me have what I have now and not compair it to what they have...i guess. Maybe I'll just stop posting stuff, blah. I'm tired and I want to go to sleep...it really has nothing to do with the baby...I've had a rough, emotionally draining day at work...and it's not even close to being done. I feel fine physically, it's just mentally I would like to get away for awhile. blah. Anyway, end of rant, I have some paperwork to do.

    Just you wait Cari! Babies are the best and your life will be changed forever for the better! I speak only as an uncle, but enjoy your life now and enjoy it when the baby comes - you deserve it!

    I hear that all the time! I think people get really excited because being pregnant is an amazing thing and everyone loves that they are in the club or were once in the club.. but I hear ya! Everyone is different. Frankly, and I may be eating my words, I can't freakin' wait until I am a zombie with a lack of sleep - - I just wanna see his little face.

    But yes.. no one IS you Cari... we are both pregnant yet we may never feel the same things. You take your rest... emotional rest or physical. LOVE YOU!

    It is only the beginning, unfortunately. And you will hear advice on making them sleep through the night, eat better, the goods and the bads... if I do it to you and you don't want it, just tell me and I'll stop! lol.
    So complain away about how tired you are! You are pregnant and working, and deserve compassion and support instead of 'just you wait'. *fluffs nap-time pillow*
    Every step of the way, someone will be trying to do the 'just you wait'. it's rediculous. Right now you have a belly and hotrmones and work to deal with. when you have a newborn you have a cute incentive to help with the exhaustion and hormones.
